Shift report
The Shift report is a convenient financial snapshot that collects information on revenue for a particular shift by categories and time of purchase, as well as summary information of all operators' shifts together and separately by hours they worked, revenue, which is also separated by goods and services, as well as bonus usage and refunds made.
What insights can the shift report provide?
- How much the gaming center earns per shift on average.
- Which days are the most financially successful.
- What the high revenue depends on: the day of the week or the extra sales.
- During which admin's shift there were the most extra sales.
- What prevails in extra sales - goods or services.
- How the clients prefer to pay - cash or card.
- An image of client’s habits: they prefer to spend from their deposit or pay for the session right away.

Overview report
The overview report accumulates information on revenue for different periods of time broken down by categories (passes, goods, services) and type of payment (cash, card, deposit).
What insights can the overview report provide?
- How much the gaming center earns on average per month (or any other period).
- What is the most successful season for the gaming center.
- What is the trend when comparing the revenue by month: growth or decline.
- How the number of passes, goods and services sold varies by month.
- What is the ratio of cash, card and deposit payments for passes (cash and card - with the help of an operator, deposit - by the clients themselves), and does it change over time.

Clients report
The Clients report gives you general information about gaming center visitors (registration date, discount, current deposit balance) and data on average order value and clients’ spendings for different periods of time broken down by categories (passes, goods, services).
What insights can the clients report provide?
- Which client made you the most revenue for that month (or other period).
- How long these clients have been with you, how loyal they are.
- Whether the clients buy something other than passes.
- Which clients you should work with first to increase the average order value.

Visitors report
The Visitors report allows you to estimate how many unique clients or guests visited the gaming center, as well as how many new clients registered during the selected period.
What insights can the visitors report provide?
- How many visits the gaming center has on average and what is the trend (decline or growth).
- What percent of all visits are the new clients?
- Is the ratio of the new clients to the regular clients changing?
- Which days have drawdowns (it might be worth starting promotions for those days).
- The ratio of client to guest sessions.

Gaming stations usage report
The Gaming stations usage report shows the number of "working" hours of each gaming station, total session time, and revenue (both for the gaming station and total).
What insights can the gaming stations usage report provide?
- Which zones and particular gaming stations are the most and least popular.
- Is there a correlation between gaming station popularity and the zone ("Standard" or "VIP") or user type (client - blue color, guest - light blue color).
- What is the average amount of turnover per one gaming station.
- Is it worth expanding and increasing the number of the gaming stations.

Sales report
The Sales Report is a summary overview of sales for the selected time period, broken down into categories.
What insights can the sales report provide?
- Which items are sold best and worst? How were they sold in previous periods?
- What passes are the most popular and bring in the most amount of money?
- Does the sales volume of different items depend on the day or month?
- Is the average cost and number of deposit replenishments increasing or decreasing compared to the previous periods?
- What items are most in demand from the clients and have the greatest impact on the average order value?
