All clients who visit your gaming center will have the opportunity:
- to rate the work of the gaming center admin and the level of his professionalism;
- to leave a review on the work of the gaming center and the level of services provided.
Clients can do this anonymously if they wish.
Employees whose role allows them to view client reviews can see reviews in the admin panel. There is also an option to enable Telegram channel notifications when a client review is received.
How to enable this setting?
- In the Admin panel, go to Settings, then the Shell tab.
- Move the slider to the right side to enable it.
After the function is enabled, the Shell (client application) should be restarted for the button to become available.
“Client Reviews” Page
On the page you will find:
- The average value and sum for each review left.
- Search and sorting.

A list of all reviews where the following is displayed:
- Client's nickname (or if the review was left anonymously, guest);
- Rating left;
- Name of the gaming station;
- Date and time;
- Text left by the client that can be expanded to read in full.
All the new reviews will have an “Unread” status and will have an 🔵 icon. After opening (one click on the review) the status will change to "Read" - ”Two check marks”.
