Client registration and password recovery

Client registration

You will need a client application (Shell).

1. Click on the Login button.
2. Click on the Sign up button in the opened window.
   
   
   
   
    
3. Specify your date of birth.
   
   
    
4. Click Next.
5. Then fill out the form with the following information:
   • Nickname;
   • Password;
   • Password again;
   • Phone number;
   • Email;
   • Accept the terms and conditions of the User Agreement and Personal Data Processing Policy.
     
     
      
6. Click Confirm by call.
    
7. Call the provided phone number. The call is free.
   
   
    

IMPORTANT!

If the call is not possible, the account can be verified using additional methods in 1 minute:

• by sending a letter to the specified email. You will need to enter the code provided in the letter;
• via Telegram linked to the specified phone number;

Done! The new client is registered and to authorize in the Shell the client now can use the phone number and password.

IMPORTANT!

SmartShell has a unified client database. Each gaming center has its own unique conditions: individual deposit, bonus balance and personal discount. A client only needs to register in the system once, and after that they can log in to their account in any gaming center. The client is automatically added to the list of the gaming center's clients after the first authorization in it.

Client password recovery

1. Click on the Login button.
2. In the authorization window, click on the Forgot your password? button.
   
   
   
    
3. Enter the phone number you specified during registration, create the new password and confirm it.
   
   
    
4. Click on the Confirm by call button.
5. Call the provided phone number. The call is free.

Done! The client's access to the Shell is now recovered and to authorize the client
can use the phone number and the new password.
