Client registration
You will need a client application (Shell).
- Click on the Login button.
- Click on the Sign up button in the opened window.
- Specify your date of birth.
- Click on the Next button.
- Then fill out the form with the following data:
- Nickname:
- Password;
- Password again;
- Phone number;
- Phone number again;
- Email;
- Accept the terms of the User Agreement and Personal Data Processing Policy.
- Click on the Next button.
- Enter the code that was sent to the Email address you specified. If the code was not received, send it again after 5 minutes. If even this did not help, click on the Change the Email button and make sure that the entered phone number is correct.
- Click on the Sign up button.
Done! The new client is registered and to authorize in the Shell the client now can use the phone number and password.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
SmartShell has a unified client database. Each gaming center has its own unique conditions: individual deposit, bonus balance and personal discount. A client only needs to register in the system once, and after that he/she can log in to their account in any gaming center. The client is automatically added to the list of the gaming center's clients after the first authorization in it.
Client password recovery
- Click on the Login button.
- In the authorization window, click on the Forgot your password? button.
- Enter the phone number you specified during registration.
- Click on the Next button.
- Enter the code that was sent to the Email address you specified during registration. If the code was not received, send it again after 5 minutes. If even this did not help, click on the Change the Email button and make sure that the entered phone number is correct.
- After confirmation, specify a new password and confirm it by entering it again.
Done! The client's access to the Shell is now recovered and to authorize the client
can use the phone number and the new password.
