Promo Code

You can find it at admin.smartshell.gg/promo-codes or by selecting the Loyalty System section from the menu and clicking on the Promo codes tab.

Why you need a promo code

Promo codes are employed for promotions linked to client deposits, enhancing the credited amount to the deposit account.

How to create a promo code

1. After clicking "Add Promo Code", a modal window will open up.
2. Fill in:
   • Name;
   • Percentage value;
   • Quantity - switch the slider to the right if you need to specify the number of promo codes.
   • Specify the quantity in case of restrictions. By default the quantity is unlimited.

Applying a promo code

1. From the operator's quick menu select deposit or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ALT+D.
2. In the search bar enter the client's phone number or nickname and select it.
3. Enter the amount of the deposit.
4. In the promo code line, enter the desired value and click Apply. The amount paid by the client will not increase, but the promo code percentage will increase the amount on the deposit account.
   
   
   
   
5. After payment, you will find a refill record in the logs indicating the application of the promo code.
