You can find it at this link or by selecting the Loyalty System section from the menu and clicking on the Promo codes tab.
Why you need a promo code
Promo codes are used to run marketing promotions and offer customers additional benefits.
They can be used to:
- Apply a discount for a pass, product, service, or combo set (discount promo codes can only be applied by gaming center employees in the Admin panel)
- Add funds to client's deposit when they replenish it
- Add bonuses to client's bonus account.
A promo code applies only to the items where the option Apply gaming center discount or promo code has been enabled.
IMPORTANT!
Every client can use each promo code only once.
Creating a promo code
Click Add a promo code button to open the modal window for creating a promo code.
Fill in the following fields:
- Title.
Name of the promo code to be displayed in the system. - Reward type.
- Discount
- Deposit replenishment (fiat)
- Bonus replenishment.
- Value.
- Percentage for discounts
- Amount for replenishments.

Clients.
In this field you can select the following:- Specific clients
- Group of clients.
If no clients are selected, all clients will be able to use the promo code
- Amount of uses.
The maximum number of times the promo code can be used. - Items:
Passes, goods, services, or combo sets to which the promo code can be applied.
The promo code can be applied to any item, if nothing is selected. - Fields of use:
- Admin panel
- SmartGamer mobile app (available soon)
- Shell.
- Active.
A toggle that allows to enable or disable the promo code. - Display period.
Specify the promo code’s display period.
If you leave the field blank, the promo code will be displayed permanently. - Notify on Telegram when the promo code is applied and when it expires.
If you have notifications enabled in Telegram, you can receive messages about:- usage of promocodes;
- the expiration of their display period.
Editing a promo code
To edit the promo code, open a modal window with one of the following methods:
- Double-click on a promo code
- Right-click → Edit.
To delete a promo code, right-click on it once and select Delete from the context menu.
Promo code groups
Promo code groups are used for creating multiple promo codes at once.
They are created in the same way as a regular promo code in the Promo code groups tab, but the Generation parameter is set up separately.
- Number of promo codes.
How many promo codes will be created. - Number of characters.
The number of characters in the promo code (from 6 to 8). - Promo code prefix.
The text that will be added before the promo code. - Promo code format.
- Letters and numbers
- Letters only
- Numbers only.
Actions with promo code groups
- Export to CSV.
A file containing all the promo codes in the group will be downloaded, where you can finde:- promo codes;
- number of uses;
- who applied the promocode;
- date of use.
- Duplicate.
A window for creating a new group of promo codes will open. But the parameters of the selected group will be already filled in. - Add promo codes.
Allows you to generate additional promo codes within an existing group. - Edit.
Change the group settings. - Delete.
Delete the promo code group.
Applying a promo code
A promo code can be applied by:
- A client via the client Shell or SmartGamer mobile app (coming soon)
- An operator when selling passes, goods, services and combo sets, as well as replenishing client's deposit.
Applying a promo code by a client for a deposit or bonus account replenishment:
- Click the Enter a promo code button on the home page of the client Shell. You can also enter a promo code from any page by clicking the Enter a promo code button in the Balance widget.
- Enter a promo code.
Applying a promo code by an operator to offer a discount:
- Open the passes selection window or the Shop tab for selling goods, services, or combo packages in the Admin panel.
- Select the desired items.
- Enter a promo code.
- Complete the sale.
Applying a promo code by an operator during deposit replenishment:
- From the operator's quick menu, select deposit or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ALT+D.
- In the search bar, enter the client's phone number or nickname, and select it.
- Enter the amount of the deposit.

In the promo code line, enter the desired value and click Apply. The amount paid by the client will not increase, but the promo code sum will increase the amount on the deposit account.
- After payment, you will find a replenishment record in the logs, indicating the application of the promo code.
