How a client or a guest can leave a review
To leave a review:
- After a client session is finished, a review modal window appears.
- In the opened window, rate your experience from 1 to 5.
- Leave a comment on what you liked or what should be modified or improved.
- Leave your contact information, if you wish.
- Leave tips for the administrator, if you wish. The tip will be deducted from your account's deposit.
- Click on the Submit your rating button.

How to call the gaming center’s administrator
A gaming center client (whether authorized or not) can click on the Call the admin button, so that the shift operator is notified and can respond to the situation.
A second request can be sent after 1 minute.
