SmartGamer is a mobile app created specifically for gamers. The app allows clients to select a gaming station in a gaming center and book it, quickly and easily replenish deposit online, and much more.

Our mobile app is available on various platforms, making it accessible for most users:
- Google Play: Download the app on Android devices via this link.
- App Store: The app is available for Apple devices via this link.
Registration and Authorization in the Mobile App
Registering a New User
To register a new user, follow these steps:
- Enter your country, date of birth, nickname, phone number, Email and password.
- Agree to the terms of the informational and promotional newsletters and the terms of use of the mobile app.
- Pass the verification with Captcha.
- Call from the phone number you specified during registration to the number displayed after tapping on the Next button (the call is free from any country in the world).

If the call is impossible, you can confirm the account registration using additional methods in 1 minute:
- Via incoming Email to the specified Email address. You will need to enter the code provided in the letter.
- Via Telegram linked to the specified phone number.
- After successful registration, you will be automatically redirected to your personal account.
User Authorization
To log in to the app:
- Enter your phone number and password.
- If necessary, use the password recovery feature.
- Successfully log in to your personal account.
Recovering a Forgotten Password
If you forgot your password:
- Enter your phone number and a new password.
- Pass the verification with Captcha.
- Call from the phone number you specified to the number displayed after tapping on the Confirm by call button (the call is free from any country in the world).

- Via incoming Email to the specified Email address. You will need to enter the code provided in the letter.
- Via Telegram linked to the specified phone number.
- After verification, the password will be changed.
Main Screen
The main screen of the app provides key functions and information:
- Profile: Personal data and account settings.
- Time spent playing at the last visited gaming center: Displays how much time you spent at the gaming center.
- My reservations: Your active and past reservations.
- Information about the last visited gaming center: Details of the last gaming center you visited.
- Achievements: Your achievements and their progress in the system.
Client profile: features
The client profile offers the following features:

Change password:
- Go to profile settings.
- Select the change password option.
- Enter the current password and the new password.
- Confirm the changes.

Change personal data:
- Go to the personal data section.
- Select the parameter you want to change (nickname, full name, email, birthday).
- Enter the new data and save the changes.
Phone number:
- Linking social networks:
- Go to the social networks section.
- Select the social network to link.
- Follow the instructions for authorization and linking.
- Log out:
- Go to profile settings.
- Click Log out.
- Confirm the logout.

My gaming centers
List of gaming centers where you have purchased passes. The following information is available for each gaming center:
- Gaming center name.
- Address.
- Business hours.
- Gaming center social networks and website links.
- Gaming center photos.
- Gaming center goods showcase.
- Gaming center rules.
- Gaming center news.
- Booking options.
- Rating and comments about your time spent.
- Deposit account status and replenishment option.
- Achievements in the gaming center.
- Visit history.
- Online replenishment history.

Deposit replenishment
Replenish deposit:
To replenish your deposit, follow these steps:
- Go to your profile and select a gaming center.
- Click the Replenish button.
- Enter the replenishment amount and select the replenishment method: by card via Cloud Payments or Kasi QR for gaming centers in Kazakhstan.
View completed payments:
- In your profile, select a gaming center and go to its profile, then to the Replenishment tab.
- View the list of completed payments, displayed in different colors depending on the payment status.
Booking
Create a reservation
To create a reservation, follow these steps:
- Log in to the personal account.
- Select a gaming center and click the Book button.
- Enter the booking details and confirm the payment.
Cancel a reservation
To cancel a reservation:
- Go to the My reservations section in the personal account.
- Select the active reservation and cancel it, considering possible penalties or cancellation conditions.
View booking history
Display of the completed and canceled bookings list is available in the user's booking history section.
Booking multiple gaming stations
This feature allows visitors to book multiple gaming stations at once within a single reservation.
To book multiple gaming stations, the client should do the following:
- Select a gaming center where they wish to make the reservation.
- Select the date and time of the reservation.
- Select multiple gaming stations and a pass.
- Pay for the reservation from their deposit account.
- After the reservation is confirmed, the client receives a unique PIN code.
The client who paid for the reservation logs in using their account's password on the first reserved gaming station. To access the remaining PCs, they should enter the provided 4-digit PIN code.
Log in with QR code
To login with QR code you need:
- Go to the QR tab.
- Hover your camera over the QR code in the Shell authorization window.

This section displays news published by visited gaming centers.
This feature allows clients to stay up to date with the events happening at the gaming center and receive timely information about promotions.
