The client shell has a tipping system that helps motivate administrators and improve the quality of services for guests.
If a visitor is happy with the work of an administrator, they can express their thanks not only with words but also by leaving a tip, which is added to the employee’s virtual balance.
Tips are debited from the client’s deposit and stored in the system for the future control.
A client can leave tips multiple times during a single session. All tips are summed up and linked to the last active administrator, where they are displayed in the summary shift report as tips received.
Tips settings
To enable the option to leave tips, do the following:
- Go to the Admin panel.
- Navigate to Settings → Shell.
- Turn on the Allow leaving tips function.
- Specify the available tip amounts that clients will be able to leave for the administrator.
Once enabled, the feature will be available in the client Shell.
IMPORTANT!
The tipping feature will work only if the bonus system is active in the gaming center. You can find information on how to enable it here.
Using tips
After the session ends, a review window appears in the client Shell. Visitors can use it to rate the quality of service and leave a tip if they wish.
In this window, the client can:
- rate from 1 to 5
- write a comment about their impressions on the visit
- leave their contact information for feedback (optional)
- select an amount and leave a tip for the administrator (optional).
IMPORTANT!
Tips are only debited from the client’s real balance.
