The functionality is available in the Business subscription.
Automatic notifications on shift handover/takeover, high access mode activation, Shell deactivation and replenishment of the client's deposit with bonuses.
To start using notifications, you need to set up a group and a bot in Telegram and enable the settings in the Admin panel.
Telegram settings
- Create a Telegram group and name it "Gaming center name. Reports", for example. You cannot send notifications into a personal chat.
- Find the https://t.me/BotFather bot in Telegram.
- Send /start, and then the /newbot command to the bot.
- Specify the name of your bot. "Gaming center name. Notification bot", for example.
- Enter your bot username with the bot tag at the end mygamingcenternotify_bot or MyGamingCenterNotifyBot, for example.
- Copy the API access token. You'll need it to set up the integration.
- Add the bot you have created to the Telegram group for notifications.
- Send any message to the group to get the chats list in integration settings.
Settings in the Admin panel
- Log in to the Manager or Owner's account. Open the Settings tab.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- Click on the Settings button in Telegram integration.
- Enter the token you had copied before in the Telegram bot token field and click Get chat list.
- Select the chat for notifications, where you added your bot earlier from the drop-down list.
- Select the notifications you wish to receive and click Save settings.
The result of successful connection will be a notification in Telegram from the bot. The notifications about actions performed by administrators will come next.
You can also select the Types of notifications you want to receive. Select all or just the ones you need.
Multiple gaming centers can be linked to a single Telegram group.
