When you go to the Settings page, the Admin panel tab is active by default. It contains the basic settings related to the operation of the per-minute pass, payments, bonus system, loyalty system and shift handover.
Per minute rate
It allows you to control the operation of the per-minute pass.
Automatic start of the per-minute pass after client authorization in Shell.
- If the setting is enabled, immediately after the client is authorized in the Shell, the per-minute pass will start for the zone where the PC is located.
- If the setting is disabled, the client will have to manually select the pass that he or she wants to use after the authorization.
Session auto-extension with the per-minute pass after the end of the primary package
- If the setting is enabled, the per minute rate will automatically start after the primary package expires.
- If the setting is disabled, the client account will be automatically logged out in 3 minutes (by default) after the primary package expires.
Strict reservation
Prohibiting sessions from overlapping with reservations. With this setting enabled, per-minute and membership passes will end or pause according to the time specified in the setting. Fixed and package passes cannot be purchased if they end later than the specified time before the reservation starts.
Cancellation of payments
This setting allows you to set the period of time during which the operator can cancel a received payment (also any cancellation will be displayed in the logs).
- If the setting is enabled, the Operator will be able to cancel the payment or sale within the time period that is specified (from 1 minute to 12 hours).
- If the setting is disabled, the Operator will not be able to make the cancellation.
Bonus system
The setting allows you to enable/disable the function which gives the Operator an opportunity to replenish the clients’ deposits with bonuses.
- If the setting is enabled, the Operator will be able to replenish the client’s deposit with bonuses.
- If the setting is disabled, the Operator will be able to replenish the clients’ deposit only after the payment is received from them.
Regardless of this setting, any deposit replenishment will be shown in logs.
Shift handover
The setting allows you to set a rule for ending a work shift.
- If the setting is enabled, the Operator will have to print a report to end the shift.
- If the setting is disabled, the Operator will be able to end the shift without a report.
Personal discount
The setting allows you to enable/disable the application of a client's personal discount on sales.
- If the setting is enabled, the client's personal discount will be considered when selling (regardless of the settings of passes, goods and services).
- If the setting is disabled, you will have to set up the discount for each pass, goods and service.
Virtual hosts
The setting allows you to enable/disable the ability to pay for a pass on a virtual host from a deposit account. A virtual host is a device where the shell is not installed, for example, a console.
Online reservation
The setting allows you to enable the online reservation feature in the player's personal account. Upon making a reservation, the cost of the selected pass is deducted from the client's deposit. If the client does not have enough funds on their deposit the reservation will not be available. If the gaming center has connected the online deposit replenishment, it will be offered to replenish the deposit in the client’s personal account.
The session starts at the time specified during making the reservation. The client will only need to enter their account password.
Reservation duration
- The minimum / maximum reservation duration allows you to set a time frame for the reservation.
Self-cancellation
- If this function is enabled, the client can cancel the reservation through the player's personal account and the funds will be returned to their deposit.
- You should select a minimum time to cancel the reservation for which no deposit funds will be deducted and a penalty for late cancellation (from 0 to 100%).
Display current occupancy
- When this feature is enabled, the client will see not only the free PCs in the selected time range, but also the occupied PCs. Occupied PCs will be unavailable for selection and will be labeled as Occupied.
Booking more than one PC in overlapping times
- When this feature is enabled, the client will be able to reserve multiple PCs for the same or overlapping times. To start a session, each PC will require a password from the account of the client who made the reservation.
Important to know:
Only the passes that have a special setting enabled in the pass card settings are available for booking.
Current Sessions
The setting allows you to enable/disable the display of current sessions on the booking map.
Weekend &Holidays rates
The setting allows you to enable/disable weekend rates, as well as select holidays. Only the passes that have the corresponding setting enabled will work on the selected weekends.
Currency
The setting allows you to change the currency symbol display in the Admin panel.
- When creating a gaming center in the Owner's account, a default currency is assigned according to the selected country.
