All notifications consist of the Gaming center Name, Club ID in the Admin panel, date and time of the action taken, or the action occurred.
Types of notifications
Start and end of shift
- Notification on the admin’s work shift start, along with the data on cash amount at the beginning of the shift.
- The notification on the work shift end, which consists of a financial report.
Shell status
- Enabling and disabling the Shell editing mode.
- Shell deactivation and startup.
Client’s discount change
- Changing a client's personal discount with the before/after information and who changed it manually in the client’s card.
Deposit change
- Changing a client's deposit account, with the before/after information and who changed it manually in the client’s card.
Refund
- A refund event for a cash or card payment.
Bonus replenishment
- Replenishment of the client's deposit with bonuses.
Voucher
- Notification on cash receipt voucher, with the amount and a comment.
- Notification on cash payment voucher, with the amount and a comment.
Hardware modifications
- PC hardware configuration changes.
Reviews
- Notification on a client's review with the information on gaming station and gaming session number.
Passes
- Notification on pass sale.
To start receiving this notification, you need to:
- Go to the Passes section and open the pass card.
- In the settings, enable Notify in Telegram upon sale.
Goods movement
- Adding or deducting of goods in the warehouse.
Discounts
- Notification on sale of a pass/goods/service with the gaming center discount.

- In the settings, enable Notify in Telegram upon sale.
Promo codes
- Notification on promo code application.
