In the Gaming center’s Admin panel, you can quickly connect to the client PCs where Shell is installed and which are located in the same network, and remotely control them or enable the screen view mode. You can connect either through the Admin panel or through the installed TightVNC application.
For this, you need to make the initial settings:
- In the Admin panel, go to Shell settings and find the Use TightVNC setting
- Enable Remote control and set a password. If you have CCBoot installed, use the OEM remote control module from CCBoot.
- Download the module and install it on the admin PC and client PCs, selecting the required setting during installation. If you have already installed TightVNC on the PC, it is recommended to uninstall it via the Uninstall a program tab in the Windows control panel.
- To connect to PC, right-click on the preferred PC in the Computers tab or on the gaming center map — PC control — Connect to PC (or select View Screen).
