The functionality is available in the Business subscription.
The Overview report accumulates summary information for different periods of time. The report displays data in the following areas:
- Revenue with details by categories (passes, goods, services) and payment methods (cash, card, online deposit replenishment)
- Credited and spent bonuses
- Client data
- Key operating indicators
- Load per gaming center
- Goods sales
- Top selling items in the categories of goods, passes, and services.
You can view the report by going to the Analytics tab and selecting the Overview report
tab.
Working with the report
To view the report, specify the calculation period. The default is a week. After clicking Create, the following data will be displayed in the report header:
1. Selecting the date to create the report
You can specify the exact dates the report should be created for.
2. Financial indicators
Gaming center's financial indicators:
- Gaming center's revenue for the selected period
- Revenue per one gaming station
- Amount of receipt vouchers
- Amount of payment vouchers
- Clients deposit replenishment amount with a total gaming center's revenue share for the selected period.
3. Revenue
Amount of cash, card payments and online deposit replenishments for the selected period. If you hover on a column, a window with the percentage of the total amount of payments will appear.
4. Distribution of client spending
Revenue received for passes, services, and goods with percentage to the total amount. If you hover your mouse over a column, a window with the amount of revenue for the selected category will appear.
5. Bonuses
Information about credited and returned bonuses and their distribution by the receiving method.
- If you hover your mouse over the Bonuses excluding payment refunds, a window with the ratio of bonuses to total revenue will appear;
- If you hover your mouse over a column in the graph, a window with the amount of bonuses credited for this category will appear.
IMPORTANT!
The graph takes into account refunded bonuses. So the sum of all percentages can be above 100%.
6. Clients
Gaming center's client information:
- Unique clients (it counts the first visit of the authorized client to the gaming center for the selected period and all guest sessions. You can hover your mouse over the box to get a description of the client category)
- New clients (clients who visited your gaming center for the first time during the whole selected period. You can hover your mouse over the box to get a description of the client category)
- Returning clients (clients who visited two or more times for the selected period. You can hover your mouse over the box to get a description of the client category)
- Guest sessions
- Average bill per client
- Distribution of clients by the number of visits.
7. Operating indicators
Information about operating indicators of the gaming center:
- Load per gaming center
- Amount of sessions with their average duration (you can hover your mouse over the box for more details)
- Average session cost per PC
- Amount of online reservations and their average duration (you can hover your mouse over the box for more details)
- Total revenue from online reservations and their average cost (you can hover your mouse over the box for more details).
8. Load per gaming center
Load per gaming center with a percentage value to its full occupancy. If you hover your mouse over a column, a window with the total number of hours in the category will appear.
9. Gaming center load by days of the week
Gaming center load by days of the week. If you hover your mouse over a column, a window with the number of gaming stations in use will appear.
10. Goods
Information on the total number of goods sold and the average bill.
11. TOP 5 selling items
Information on the best-selling goods, passes, and services, sorted by revenue.
