Dynamics of bonus crediting and usage
The chart shows the bonus system efficiency over time.
Blue indicates bonus crediting, orange indicates bonus usage.
Analytics allows you to identify periods of peak crediting (for example, promotions or manually replenished bonuses) and client spending behavior. After hovering on any date in the chart you will see the detailed information about that day.
You can filter by preset intervals or select your own periods, which is convenient for analyzing the effectiveness of certain promotions or seasonal trends.
Distribution of bonuses by sources of crediting
The diagram on the right displays the bonus crediting structure by their types:
- Cashback — bonuses credited automatically for client deposit replenishments.
- Manually — bonuses credited by the gaming center administrator.
- Achievements — bonuses for completing goals set by the gaming center.
- Promo codes — bonuses credited as a result of entering promo codes when purchasing passes, goods, services, or replenishing deposits.
Such distribution helps you understand which mechanics are the most actively used and which deliver the highest client engagement.
