Who Uses SmartShell

Owner Role.
The Owner has access to the owner's account, where he\she can create and manage gaming centers, as well as purchase and renew subscriptions to use the Smartshell software package.
Owner has full rights in the admin panel and can set up flexible employee roles. -
Manager Role.
The Manager can customize the passes system, add goods and services, track their flow, manage the loyalty system, in the form of discounts, promo codes and cashback, create and view financial reports, and make additional sensitive adjustments to the gaming center's operation. He/she ensures system operation and monitors its effectiveness. -
Operator Role.
The operator is responsible for working with clients, setting up sessions, accepting payments and maintaining the quality of service. -
Accountant Role.
The Accountant can view accounting documents, issue cash orders, manage the flow of goods, view clients and logs in the gaming center. -
IT-Administrator Role.
The IT-Administrator is responsible for working with hardware, gaming stations management, licenses pool, shortcuts and employee tasks. -
Marketing Manager Role.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for customer service and loyalty system. -
Other Employee Role.
The Other employee does not have any permissions, you can change this in the employee role settings. -
Client Role (does not have access to the admin panel)
The client has access to the desktop app (the SmartShell Client or Shell) where he/she can register and log in to their account, pay for passes from their deposit account and run games and apps, and he/she can also access the player's personal account where they can replenish the deposit online, reserve gaming stations at gaming centers online, and see the history of visits and upcoming reservations.

How to Register Your Owner's Account:
- On the page https://smartshell.gg/ click Login, then in the opened window – Sign Up;
- Enter your phone number, e-mail address and password and accept the terms and conditions of the User Agreement and Personal Data Processing Policy.
Don’t use someone else's phone number or e-mail address – you need the number to log in to your personal account, and the e-mail to receive additional materials and documents; - Click Next;
- A verification call will be sent to the provided phone number. Enter the last 4 digits of the number the call will come from. If the call is not received, enter the code that will be duplicated in the SMS. If the code is not received, repeat the sending in 1 minute. If this doesn't help either, click Change phone number and check if the number you entered is correct;
- Click Sign Up.
How to Add a Gaming Center:
- After successful registration, you will be directed to your owner's account, where you can add your gaming center and make a subscription.
- On the page https://lk.smartshell.gg/clubs click Add a Gaming Center;
- In the center card specify:
- Gaming Center name.
- Website or Social Network.
- Gaming Center address.
- Timezone (For correct work, you need to specify the right time zone. You can check the list of current time zones here).
- Contact Information (Preferably, it should be a club employee).
- Phone number of the contact person.
- Position of the contact person.
- Click Save.
