How to Add a Game/App via Admin Panel
To add a game or application in the Admin Panel in Manager mode, do the following:
- Open the Content → Apps tab;
- Select the games or applications;
- Click Add a game;
In the window that opens, enter the following data:

Name of the game (required field).
From 2 to 50 Unicode characters. -
Path to the game (required field).
Corresponds to the launch path at the game station. If you have different launch paths in different zones, type in additional ones in the remaining fields. - Command line argument (optional field).
- Working directory (set automatically after filling in the path).
- License pool. AVAILABLE IN STARTER AND BUSINESS.

Set a ban on launching the game to persons under the age rating. - Allow to run as administrator.
- Allow to launch without a paid session.
- Set the game cover.
Size limitations:-
Minimum resolution
256x384; - Optimal size
600x900; - Aspect ratio
2:3; - Maximum size
250kb; - Acceptable format
.jpg, .png.

How to create a game or application group
Click on the Manage groups button in the upper-right corner, then add a new group.
How to change the display order of games and move them into a group
To do this, go to the desired section, either games or applications, and while holding down the left mouse button, drag the shortcut to the desired location/group.

Switching to editing mode
Switch to High Access mode in the Admin Panel by right-clicking on the desired PC and select Shell → High Access in the context menu that appears.
Or you can do it directly in the Shell on the desired PC:
- Press the Сtrl+Alt+P key combination,
- Enter the default High Access password — pasw0rd (Be sure to change this password in the Admin Panel in the Settings section → Shell → High Access Password);
- Click Login.
Adding a Game/App
To add a game after entering the editing mode, do the following:
- Select the games or apps button on the left side of the screen.
- Click + Application on the top right side.
- Specify in the window that opens:
- Name of the application (from 2 to 50 Unicode characters);
- At least one application path;
- Command line argument (Optional);
- Script before the program starts (Optional);
- A license pool (Optional).
- Upload the cover.
Image size 600x900 pixels. Maximum size 250kb. Acceptable format is .jpg, .png. - Click Save.
How to get back to the client view
Click the Exit high access mode button in the top right corner.

How to Add a License Pool
Gaming centers have a practice of distributing accounts with games for customers. In order to automate this process, you can create groups of accounts.
- To do this, go to the admin panel with manager rights.
- Go to the License Pool tab.
- To create a new group, click Create License Pool.

In the modal window that opens, specify:
- Title (from 3 to 24 characters);
- Game platform.
After clicking the Save button, we will get a license pool in the list and can start adding licenses directly within this pool.
How to Add Licenses
In the created group, you can add accounts that will be issued to the client when the game starts.
To do this, click on Add a License, and another one will open in which you need to enter the username and password for the required account.
Ready! You already have a group with gaming center accounts, but this is not enough to work with.
How to link a License Pool to a game or app
- Go to shell editing mode or to the content card in the admin panel on the Apps tab.
- In the License Pool section, select the appropriate group to launch.

How to set up free access to a game or app
You can provide free access to some games or apps. For example, to mouse or headset settings so that clients can customize their devices without wasting session time. Customers who have registered and logged into the PC will be able to run these apps without a purchased pass while the PC is not used.
Clients will have time from turning on their PC to purchase the pass or end the session during downtime, if you have it configured. With a valid pass, these apps will also run.
- Go to shell editing mode or to the content card in the Applications tab.
- Enable the Start w\o session setting in the Advanced section.
