What the passes page looks like
When you first go to the Passes page, the default passes (Per-minute, Package, and Fixed) will be displayed. On this page you can create and edit the passes grid.
The pass card represents the following:
- Pass name;
- Type of pass and additional states;
- Cost of the pass in different rooms;
- Pass duration, validity schedule, and lifespan.
Information icons:
- Crescent – an indicator of whether the pass crosses midnight.
- Percentage – an indicator of whether or not existing discounts can be applied to the pass.
- Eye – an indicator of whether this pass is displayed in the Shell or not.
- Coin – an indicator of whether the pass is displayed in the admin panel, if it is sold by the administrator.
- Stars – an indicator of whether this pass is highlighted in the Shell.
- Red calendar – an indicator of whether this pass is used on Holidays.
- Paper airplane – an indicator of whether the notification is sent to the linked Telegram group when the pass is sold.
- Blue calendar – an indicator of whether the pass is available for online reservation.
What passes are available
1. Fixed pass
It is used to create a pass that is valid for exactly the specified time from the moment of purchase (for example, 3 hours).
2. Package pass
When creating such a pass, the duration is not set, as it depends on the validity schedule.
For example, if you set the sales schedule daily from 22:00 to 08:00, then the pass duration will be until 08:00 instead of 10 full hours. That is, if you buy such a pass at 22:00, 10 hours of game time will be available, but if you buy the same pass at 05:00, only 3 hours will be available.
For convenience, you can specify the time of sale so that you can't buy the pass later than a certain time.
3. Per-minute pass
It is used to create passes where money is charged for each next minute of computer usage. This pass works until all the money on the client's deposit is used up. This pass cannot be sold from the admin panel. It is purchased by the client from the Shell.
When creating a per-minute pass, the duration is automatically set to 1 minute, and the duration cannot be changed. It is necessary for the correct operation of the per-minute pass.
4. Membership pass
It is used to create a pass that saves purchased time. With this pass, you can add lifespan to a fixed pass, i.e., create a permanent pass (subscription) so the client does not lose the remaining time after leaving the Shell, as is the case with a package pass.

Useful to know
- When the current pass expires, the user has 3 minutes to buy a new one;
- If the user has purchased several passes, they follow one after another without pause, without the need to confirm the selection of the next one. The passes are applied in the order of their purchase;
- A Per-minute pass can be placed only if there are no other active passes. If any have already been sold to the host, they must be terminated early;
- A user can be charged up to 99 units of one Fixed pass in a single receipt;
- The money is immediately deducted in full when the pass is purchased, except for the Per-minute pass, which is deducted every minute;
- When updating a pass, it is recreated without being noticed, while the previous version is sent to the system memory. This allows you to correctly analyze the center's performance (you can see which passes were sold at different times in the center).
