This block gives you access to editing the usernames and passwords of your team: both ordinary administrators and managers.
You can start viewing and editing the list of employees by clicking on the corresponding section of the Manager side menu.

List of employees
The main information on the list of employees is displayed here:

Creating/Editing an employee
Clicking on the Add an employee button or double-clicking on the card will open the create/edit an employee screen.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
A future employee must first register in the Shell, afterwards it will be possible to find their phone number to make them employees.
If you want to make an employee from a person who is already your client, start typing the phone number in the corresponding field and then select him/her from the drop-down list.
To successfully create/edit an employee, all fields must be filled in correctly.
Specifically:

Phone number
The phone number is unique for each user. To find a user quickly, enter the last 4 digits of the phone number. -
Role
There are 7 roles, 6 of them are available for selection: Manager, Operator, Accountant, IT-administrator, Marketing manager and Other employee. Owner is an employee who created the gaming center in the owner's personal account. -
Full name
For the full name: any combination of Unicode characters is supported, including spaces. No more than 30 characters. If the future employee does not have a middle name, put a dash "—" in the corresponding field.
When editing an employee's card, you can dismiss or block a user.
Dismiss button
The Dismiss button will appear in the employee's card after its creation. If you dismiss an employee, he/she will be removed from the list of employees and will be deprived of access to the Admin panel by this login and password.
Ban option
This option allows you to deny an employee or client access to the Shell by their username and password.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
After dismissal the former employee is removed from the list of employees, but remains in the list of clients.
That means he/she will be able to authorize in the Shell with their login and password to buy a pass and play like any of your clients.
You can edit the card of any employee except your own.
Role editing
This feature is available in Business subscription.
To edit roles, go to the Roles tab and click the pencil icon next to the role you wish to edit.
Edit the parameters you wish to change in the opened window.
Comparison table of features available to different roles
The given table shows the default parameter values: YES - the parameter is enabled, NO - the parameter is disabled. Green background means the parameter is editable, gray background means the parameter is not editable.
For example, the Owner role has almost all parameters enabled by default and they cannot be edited, whereas the Other employee role has almost all parameters disabled but they can be edited.
