Goods and services
Block for editing passes, goods, services and combo-sets for gaming center's clients. Allows for creating, editing and deleting passes, goods, services and combo-sets, as well as registering goods.
In the Passes subsection you can create a passes system. A passes system is a pricing for gaming equipment rental for some period of time.
There are 4 types of passes:
- Fixed
- Package
- Per-minute
- Membership
They have different purpose and operation mechanisms.

Loyalty system
In this block you can flexibly set up discounts, achievements, promo codes and cashbacks.
- A discount is the value of price reduction for a pass, service and goods.
- A promo code is used for promotions related to the replenishment of the client’s deposit, as the value of the promo code increases the amount of the funds added to the deposit account.
- A cashback works like a bonus program. If a client replenishes their deposit for a certain amount, they receive a part of it in the form of an additional bonus.
- With an achievement system, you can flexibly set up the loyalty system in your gaming center, including adding pleasant rewards for the clients on registration, deposit funds replenishment and spending, as well as hours spent in the gaming center.

Employees
This block gives access to editing your team's names, passwords, and attendances. Both ordinary operators and managers. You can select one of 6 available roles for an employee, as well as edit permissions for these roles in Business subscription.
List of roles:

Owner Role.
The Owner has access to the owner's account, where he\she can create and manage gaming centers, as well as purchase and renew subscriptions to use the Smartshell software package.
Owner has full rights in the admin panel and can set up flexible employee roles. This role cannot be assigned to anyone, it is assigned automatically when the gaming center is created. -
Manager Role.
The Manager can customize the passes system, add goods and services, track their flow, manage the loyalty system, in the form of discounts, promo codes and cashback, create and view financial reports, and make additional sensitive adjustments to the gaming center's operation. He/she ensures system operation and monitors its effectiveness. -
Operator Role.
The operator is responsible for working with clients, setting up sessions, accepting payments and maintaining the quality of service. -
Accountant Role.
The Accountant can view accounting documents, issue cash orders, manage the flow of goods, view clients and logs in the gaming center. -
IT-Administrator Role.
The IT-Administrator is responsible for working with hardware, gaming stations management, licenses pool, shortcuts and employee tasks. -
Marketing Manager Role.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for customer service and loyalty system. -
Other Employee Role.
The Other employee does not have any permissions, you can change this in the employee role settings.

Client reviews
After enabling the reviews, all clients who visit your club will have the opportunity to leave a rating and a review.
The manager (gaming center owner) can see the reviews in the admin panel and receive notifications in the telegram channel.
