The loyalty system has a separate section in the admin panel. We will tell you more about each component of the system.
Discounts
You can find it at the link or by selecting the Loyalty System section from the menu and clicking on the Discounts tab.
Why you need a discount
A discount is a reduction in the cost of a pass, item, or service, often applied to specific categories.
It is most often used for promotions that reduce prices for a specific category. To utilize discounts, enable the option in the card of each relevant category.
How to create a discount
- After clicking Add a Discount, a modal window will open up.

Fill in:
- Name
- Percentage value
- Should notifications in Telegram be sent when a discount is applied?
- Validity schedule
- Discount state.
Promo codes
You can find it at the link or by selecting the Loyalty System section from the menu and clicking on the Promo codes tab.
Why you need a promo code
Promo codes are used to run marketing promotions and offer customers additional benefits.
They can be used to:
- apply a discount for a pass, product, service, or combo set;
- add funds to client's deposit when they replenish it;
- add bonuses to client's bonus account.
A promo code applies only to the items where the option Apply gaming center discount or promo code has been enabled.
IMPORTANT!
Every client can use each promo code only once.
How to create a Promo code
Click Add a promo code button to open the modal window for creating a promo code.
Fill in the following fields:
- Title.
Name of the promo code to be displayed in the system. - Reward type.
- Discount
- Deposit replenishment (fiat)
- Bonus replenishment.
- Value.
- Percentage for discounts
- Amount for replenishments.

Clients.
In this field you can select the following:- Specific clients
- Group of clients.
If no clients are selected, all clients will be able to use the promo code
- Amount of uses.
The maximum number of times the promo code can be used. - Items:
Passes, goods, services, or combo sets to which the promo code can be applied.
The promo code can be applied to any item, if nothing is selected. - Fields of use:
- Admin panel
- SmartGamer mobile app (available soon)
- Shell.
- Active.
A toggle that allows to enable or disable the promo code. - Display period.
Specify the promo code’s display period.
If you leave the field blank, the promo code will be displayed permanently. - Notify on Telegram when the promo code is applied and when it expires.
If you have notifications enabled in Telegram, you can receive messages about:- usage of promocodes;
- the expiration of their display period.

Cashback
You can find it at the link or by selecting the Loyalty System section from the menu and clicking on the Cashback tab.
Why you need cashback
Cashback operates as a bonus program. Clients receive a portion of their deposit as an additional bonus when it reaches a specified amount.
How to create a cashback
- After clicking Add a Condition, a modal window will open up.

Fill in:
- Deposit replenishment amount – the amount from which cashback will be credited to the client;
- Select the type of accrual: percentage or fixed value;
- Amount as a fixed value;
- Validity period – disable the slider to set the time frame.
IMPORTANT!
- Promo codes are not taken into account when calculating a cashback. Cashback works with bonus replenishment: if the amount payable, including all applicable discounts/promo codes, is less than the amount required to receive the cashback, the cashback is not applied.

You cannot create a cashback with the same replenishment amount. If a refund is issued for a deposit, the cashback is also deducted.
Achievements
You can find it at the link or by selecting the Loyalty System section from the menu and clicking on the Achievements tab.
Why you need achievements
The achievement system allows you to flexibly customize your center's loyalty system, including adding nice rewards for customers when they sign up, top up, make purchases and spend the number of hours in the gaming center. Rewards for achievements are given only once. Counting of the fulfillment of achievement conditions starts from the moment you create it.
How to create an achievement
- After clicking Create an Achievement, a modal window will appear.

Fill in:
- Title – the name of the achievement.
- Condition – select the type of condition to fulfill.
- Reward – the type of reward for completing the achievement.
- Value (if necessary) – the amount of the reward.
IMPORTANT!
- Each achievement can only be rewarded once.
- The achievement cannot be changed. If you want to change its conditions, you must create a new achievement.
- Counting the fulfillment of achievement conditions starts from the moment you create it.
