Main screen
Dashboard is the main page of the Admin Panel, after authorization employees get to it. The Dashboard displays information about the active shift, in particular about the active operator, revenue, bonus replenishments, spending from deposit, active and completed tasks, services provided and items sold, active users, account group and busy accounts.
1. Shift information
This block displays the following information:
- Who is currently on shift and their role;
- Shift start (data on the date and time of shift beginning).
- General financial information:
- Revenue (i.e. the amount of money received in cash and by card from paying tariffs, items, services and deposits);
- Cash on hand (including cash on hand at the beginning of the shift and all expense and incoming orders);
- Cash at the beginning of the shift (which is indicated by the operator when opening the shift).
- Cash (revenue of cash payments);

2. Revenue by category
This set of cards shows more detailed statistics during an open shift for the following categories:
- Passes (Clock Icon) – money spent by clients to purchase tariffs;
- Goods (Stall Icon) – money spent by clients to purchase items;
- Deposits (Wallet Icon) – money added by clients to their deposit;

Services (Printer Icon) – money spent by clients to provide services;
3. Bonus Replenishments and Spending from Deposit
- Bonus replenishments (deposit top-ups by the operator with bonuses); AVAILABLE IN BUSINESS
- Spending from deposit (sum of customers' spending from their deposits during an open shift).
Spending from Deposit
Even if no one made a deposit during an open shift, it can show the spending.
For example, a customer could top up his deposit during a shift opened by John Smith., but spend it only the next day when James Black is on shift.
4. Gaming stations status widget
This block shows the total number of gaming stations in the gaming center, the number of turned on hosts, active sessions broken down into guest and client sessions, hosts in service mode, in high access mode, and with the Shell disabled.
5. Active and completed tasks
This block shows active and completed tasks of your employees and also allows you to edit them and create new ones. (To switch the view of the block, just click on the desired heading.)
6. Services provided and items sold
This block shows the services provided and items sold during the active shift. (To switch the view of the block, just click on the desired heading.)
7. Active Users AVAILABLE IN BUSINESS SUBSCRIPTION
This block displays the most active users with their current deposit, played time in the center and last visit.
To see the active users for the needed period, select sorting in the right corner of the widget.
8.License pools an Licenses in use AVAILABLE IN BUSINESS
This block shows all license pools, the number of in-use and free licenses, and allows you to release licenses in use. (To switch the view of the block, just click on the desired heading.)
How to start a new task for an employee?
1. How to edit a task
Only an employee with manager's rights can edit a task. To do this you should do the following:
- Double-click on the task (or right-click on the task → Edit);
- In the window that opens, change the necessary data;

Click Save.
2. How to delete a task
Only an employee with manager rights can delete a task; to do so, do the following:

Double-click on the task (or right-click on the task → Delete);
- In the window that opens, click Delete;
3. How to complete a task
After a task has been completed, an employee should mark it as completed by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the task description in the Active tasks block:
4. How to activate a completed task
If you want to turn a completed task into an active one, you should do the following on the page in the Active tasks block:
- Click on Completed tasks;
- Click on the checkbox to the left of the task description.
How to free a license in use
On the dashboard you can monitor the usage of center licenses and release them. To do this, in the Licenses pool block, do the following:
- Click on Licenses in use;
- Click Release.
