Clients
Block for working with the list of gaming center's users, editing their technical condition, balance, and personal discount.
There is a separate tab in the Main Menu for clients, you can go to this tab by clicking on the corresponding name.

Home page
The main page consists of:
- Widget for the total number of clients
- Widget for the amount of all deposit accounts
- Customer search field (by username or phone number)
- Buttons for uploading all users to .csv
The list of all clients consists of a table:
- Nickname
- Phone number
- Status
- Deposit account
- Personal discount
- Date of last session
- Registration date
When you double-click on any user, their full page opens.:
User's card
It shows a summary of the user's statistics, purchase history, comments from employees and Membership pass.
User Data
The manager can edit the user's deposit and personal discount by clicking on the corresponding underlined area of the card
The data block also shows the user's phone number, registration date, last session date, total hours spent in the club, and last comment left.
Purchase History
A storehouse of knowledge about user spending in your club.
You can see the date of purchase, who issued it, the name (it can be either a product or a tariff or service), the payment method, and the total amount of the order.
Comments about the client
Allows Operators and Managers to leave notes about users:
- Behavior features
- Forgotten items
- Debt to Yandex. Checkout (we condemn)
- and other important information
Only an employee with the Manager role can delete notes.
How to convert a customer database from .csv to .xlsx
The most convenient way is to use the Google Table
- Creating a new table
- On the File tab, select Import
- In the window that opens, go to the Add tab and select the downloaded file of your client database
- After the download is complete, in the Separator Type field, select Other and set ;
- And you can click Import data, that's it!
Client groups
You can go to the Client Groups tab by selecting the Client section from the menu and clicking on the Groups tab.
Creating and editing the client group
Creating the client group:
- Click on the Create group button in the upper right corner.
- Fill in:
- Title (maximum 16 Unicode characters);
- Discount value in percent (from 0 to 100%).
Editing the client group:
- Double click with the left mouse button on the client group or right click on it and select Edit.
- Change the title and/or the discount value.
Deleting the client group:
- Remove all clients from the client group (you can sort the clients by the groups they are in).
- Right click on the client group and select Delete.
Adding and removing the clients
To edit the client group composition, go to the Clients tab:
- Select the clients in the left column.
- Click on add or remove clients from the group.
- If you add the clients to the group, select one of the existing groups.
You can also edit the clients one at a time by right clicking on them.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
- The client can be a member of only one group, when a new group is selected, the previous one is replaced.
- Personal and group discounts do not stack, the highest discount will be applied.
