The functional available in Business subscription.
In this block you can manage the booking status, view active sessions and bookings, as well as the reservations made online, and create new bookings.
There is a separate tab for booking in the Main Menu, you can go to it by clicking on the corresponding name.

The page displays the schedule of reservations, vertically – gaming stations, horizontally – time (in the active schedule 36 hours).
Reservations that cross 00:00 are shown in purple.
Also on the screen you can find:
- Selecting the date for displaying the reservation.
- Sorting the display of a group of computers.
- The "To book" button.
How the booking system works
When you set up a reservation for customers, it will be displayed 12 hours in advance.
Reservations in SmartShell can be made enforceable by enabling the Strict reservation setting.
When this setting is enabled:
- It is not possible to set a customer session that overlaps the reservation time.
- Customers will have their per-minute and fixed passes finalized within the set time.
Online reservation
To make online reservation available from the Client portal, you need to enable online reservation feature in the Settings. You can read more about it here.
Once online reservation is enabled, clients can book a PC on their own using the SmartGamer mobile app or the player’s personal account. You can read more about it here.
Booking management
Creating reservations
- Right click on the needed PC, select Reserve on the map or table of computers.
It can also be selected from the quick menu on Dashboard.
Alternatively, click To book on the Booking system tab. - Enter the phone number of an already registered user (or leave the field blank if the guest has not yet been to your gaming center).
- Enter the date, start time of the reservation and estimated session time.
- Select the number of PCs required.
- Add additional information, such as the client's name or phone number.
- Click "To book".
Booking list view
- On the PC table, the reservation status is displayed next to each PC. Clicking on the reservation status on the PC table opens a list with active reservations.
- You can view by clicking on the Booking List on the needed PC.
- This will open a window with all the bookings of the specific PC.
The Active – bookings whose start time has not yet arrived.
The Completed – bookings whose end time has already expired or whose booking has been completed by the operator.
Changing a reservation
- Right-click on the required PC, select List of reservation on the map or table of computers.
- A window with all reservations of a particular PC will open.
- Select the right reservation from the list and click on the editor (pencil icon).
- Edit the necessary information.
- Click Update and you are done!
Deleting a reservation
- Right-click on the required PC, select List of reservation on the map or table of computers.
- A window with all reservations of a particular PC will open.
- Select the right reservation from the list and click on the editor (pencil icon).
- Click the delete icon (stop icon).

During authorization in the Shell, the customer will see the date and time of the nearest booking.

The client will not be able to buy a pass that exceeds the reservation time.

Buying a per-minute pass, the client will see the time of the nearest booking.
