How to open a shift
- Log in to the admin panel.
- Select the center you are working in.
- Enter the amount of cash on hand at the start of your shift.
All done! You can start working!
How to replenish the client's deposit
In the operator's quick menu, press + to select the Replenish deposit option. The modal window can also be opened with the CTRL+ALT+D key combination.
When the form opens, enter all fields:
- Customer's phone number;
- Deposit amount;
- Payment method.
After the customer pays the required amount, click Pay and you're done!
IMPORTANT!
You can not replenish your own deposit when your shift is open.
How to set up a guest session and a client session
- Go to the Gaming Stations or Map tab.
- Select the desired PC and right-click on it.
- From the drop-down list, click Select a pass.

In the modal window that opens, fill in:
- Client's phone number or nickname (or specify nothing to set up a guest session) and an existing account from the drop-down list.
- Preferred pass (or multiple ones) from the list.
- Payment method.
- Once the customer has paid, click Pay.
That's it! The session is running on the right PC!
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
You cannot set a rate on your account when your shift is open.
How to book a PC for a client (guest) of the gaming center

Right-click on the desired PC, then select the Booking System on the map or table of computers.
You can also select from the operator's quick action menu on Dashboard, and a window will open to create a booking. Or click Book on the Booking System tab. -
Enter the phone number of a registered user (or leave blank if this guest hasn't been to your center yet).

Enter the date, start time of the reservation, and estimated requested session time.
- Select the correct number of PCs.
- Add additional information such as the customer's name or phone number.
- Click Book.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
- If you try to book a gaming station from the Booking system section, the reservation start time will be moved to the nearest available time after the end of the current session/reservation + the time specified in the Strict reservation setting with a corresponding message in the top left of the reservation creation window.
Selecting multiple gaming stations
Gaming stations section
You can select multiple gaming stations in the Gaming stations section using the Shift (selects the area) and Ctrl (selects individual gaming stations) buttons. You can also select all PCs in a zone by checking the box next to the Select All caption in the upper right corner of the zone.
If gaming stations are selected in one zone, once selected, you can sell multiple passes, create multiple bookings, send multiple notifications, and manage the power supply of all the selected PCs. If you select gaming stations in different zones, you can do all of the above, except sell multiple passes.
Map
You can select multiple gaming stations in the Map section by using the mouse to select an area and the Ctrl key to click on individual PCs.

If you select gaming stations in different zones, you can do all of the above, except sell multiple passes.
How to sell an item
Go to the Shop tab.
- Enter the customer number (or specify nothing to set up a guest session) and select an existing account from the drop-down list.
- Select the required item or service (or several) from the list.
- Specify the payment method.
- Once the customer has paid, click Pay.
All done! You can view the sale in the Payments tab or in the Logs tab.
How to end a shift
- Go to the employee menu.
- Select End the Shift.
- Check the cash and non-cash reconciliation with the data in the admin panel and click Next.
- Print the report and complete the shift.
All done! The shift is complete, and the other administrator can start a new work shift!
Tips to simplify the operator's work
- Select several PCs at once in the Gaming Stations tab. This can be done by pressing CTRL and selecting several computers at once.
- Make a deposit using CTRL+ALT+D. This will immediately open the deposit replenishment window.
- Arrival of goods occurs in the Shop tab by clicking on the Add goods in the warehouse button. You can also leave a comment there.
- To keep the amount of cash on hand up to date, you don't need to memorize anything and keep it in your head. Write out a payment or receipt order during your shift.
- Easily search through the logs.
- The status of licenses can be tracked on the dashboard. You will see its current status and which computer it is used on, and you can free a PC if necessary.
